I brewed my Alt recipe Saturday afternoon. I nailed the gravity, nailed the volume, and have that sucker fermenting in the basement at 59 f. This beer is going to rock. I cam so close to gettting another beer lined up for brewing first thing Sunday morning, but abstained after I realized I didn't have enough fermentation vessels available to make ten more gallons.
The Bohemian Pilzner is also still going to town in my lager chamber.
