The yeast starter that I put together Tuesday night isn't really doing a whole lot right now. I'm probably going to ditch it tonight if there isn't any krausen in the vessel.
Here's what needs to get done tonight:
- Brew the Pale Ale
- Rack the Chocolate Stout to secondary fermentation
- Rack the Alt to final packaging
- Finalize the grist for the maximum capacity brew
- Take hop inventory

I think I might have some krausen in my vessel I just did not know what it was at first glance
