Bohemian Pilsener

I brewed up the Bohemian Pilsner this evening. Special surprise visit from Heath Woods this evening. He gave me a hand in getting this one in the fermenter. It was brewing as usual here with this beer. Single decoction with WY2001. I can't get enough of this excellent beer. It's certainly one of my best recipes.
