Other fun with fermentation

We made Bagels Sunday morning. Well, actually we started the bagels Saturday night. Let them rest in the fridge overnight and then finished them off in some boiling water and a hot oven Sunday morning.
Uncle Hank was visiting from Boston so he joined us, as well as an impromptu visit from Suzanne and Astrid.
Grace is patiently watching the bagels as they bake.
