The SMP brew went off without a hitch last night. I performed a single decoction, with a single malt, and a single hop. How painfully simple is that?I also made top to bottom turns Saturday morning, attended a wedding, and carried on like an adult. Don't worry I didn't get carried away. I was too busy chasing two small children around Michael and Lisa's house.
BTW, It's going swimmingly.
